Brenda Hertzog - Treatment Coordinator

Hello, I'm Brenda and I started my dental career 32 years ago working as a receptionist and assistant for a pedodontist where I discovered my love for dentistry! I was introduced to orthodontics five years ago and really enjoy the rewarding end result of treatment: those beautiful smiles! Dr. Leiss and his wife are not only wonderful professionals, but also wonderful people and our staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I have three grown children and two beautiful grandsons. Most of my spare time is spent enjoying them!

Debbie Jackson - Financial Coordinator

Hi, my name is Debbie and I have spent most of my adult life working as a teacher and coach, with degrees in Physical Education and Sports Administration. My work at the YMCA prepared me for the transition into working with the staff here. I enjoy being a part of Dr. Leiss' great team and meeting all our wonderful patients. My personal orthodontic experience is as a parent of two beautiful, happy smiles.

I have been married for 31 years and have twins who recently graduated from college. We are a family of sports enthusiasts, and have spent many hours on the road traveling to and from various practices and games. Our third child is a five year old English bulldog who is in desperate need of some serious orthodontic treatment!

Nancy Carter - Appointment Coordinator

Hi, I'm Nancy and it is my pleasure to be a part of Dr. Leiss' team. I have now enjoyed many years working the front desk, long enough to see many patients' treatment from start to finish. It is always exciting to see the joy of a new smile!

My husband and I have been married for 30 years. We have four children, two boys and two girls. They are very active in sports and hobbies, making me the eternal spectator. Our daughter married in 2009 and we are now enjoying grandparenting! When I get time to myself, I like to quilt and bake. I love spending time with my family playing cards and board games; Scrabble is my favorite!

Laurie DiFrancesco - Orthodontic Assistant

Hello, I'm Laurie and I met Dr. Leiss when my daughter began her orthodontic treatment. After mentioning my past experience in the field of orthodontics, the staff at the office expressed their interest in my becoming a member of their team. In the time that I have been here in the office, I have seen what a wonderful orthodontist Dr. Leiss is. His professionalism, knowledge, and experience are evident whenever he and I work together on a patient.

After being a stay-at-home mom for 16 years raising my three children, I knew going back to work would be a challenging experience. Thankfully, I had the support of my husband of 30 years and of my children, to return to doing what I love. Both my husband and I are one of seven children, so family is a large part of our lives. We enjoy our summers vacationing in Sea Isle City, NJ, and spending time with our children, as well as working together in our yard.

Adrienne Klecha - Orthodontic Assistant

Hello, my name is Adrienne and I worked with Dr. Leiss years ago when he finished school and started practicing orthodontics. It was a pleasure working with him then, so naturally, I was delighted with the opportunity to work with him again. For two years I had helped out on a part-time basis but when a regular position became available, I jumped at the opportunity. I am now working for a doctor that I respect and admire and at a practice in which I'm proud to be a part.

Claudia Good - Orthodontic Assistant

Hi, I'm Claudia and I grew up in Lancaster County, which is where my career in orthodontics began. I have always enjoyed detailed work and helping people; and, orthodontics combines both! Working with Dr. Leiss and the staff has been such a pleasure. They are truly a wonderful, gracious, and hard working group of people. You can feel confident that you are in good hands here!

In my spare time I enjoy long walks, visiting historic places, riding horses, and being with family and friends, especially my husband and dog. I enjoy traveling and have seen about 45 states. I have also been to China, Australia, Mongolia, Tibet, and Puerto Rico.

Amaris Brott – Orthodontic Assistant

Born and raised in Philadelphia, I am a true city girl! I met my husband six years ago- and he is truly a country boy! He has introduced me to motorcycles, skiing, and white water rafting while I introduced him to the Franklin Institute, Reading Terminal Market and how to "bargain shop". We make quite a pair! We were married last year and still feel like newlyweds.

Dentistry has always fascinated me, and I have a great appreciation for orthodontics. I love seeing the way your smile can change. Working for Dr. Leiss and his staff is truly a blessing. I enjoy getting the chance to help patients get the smile they always wanted!
