Clean your retainer(s) daily with toothpaste and a toothbrush. Use the cleaning tablet given or mouthwash to gently soak your retainer if needed. Never wrap your retainer in a napkin! Safest place for your retainer is your mouth or its case. Follow all the instructions given to you at your removal appointment and the care card given.
